They have a 2 round interview process.
My first interview went as you’d expect from a normal corporate company who’s employees uphold the companies values in every way. That’s exactly what my interviewer did, she asked great questions and overall a great experience and stayed on topic throughout the interview and was very professional.
However, my second interview was overall a negative experience unlike any other job interview I have had before.
The second interview was with a blonde middle aged woman. The interview was very short I’d say less than 10 minutes give or take, which was a huge difference compared to the interview prior. I prepared myself the night prior for questions that I assumed could pop up in the interview however most of the questions were not what I was expecting. At the end of the interview she provided me with an ETA of when they would get around to contacting me which was about 2 days after the interview with her. The 2 days pass and I receive no response, a week goes by and still nothing so I decided to email her directly and still no response. So I wait a couple more days giving her the benefit of the doubt as jobs can be busy and demanding at times. I decide to email her once more and then a day or two later SOMEONE ELSE finally gives me a response after trying to follow up with her for over a week.
I have had WAY better interview and communication experiences with retail jobs managers far less professional than this companies 2nd interviewer.
Definitely not something you’d expect from someone who works for a company that places an emphasis on ‘sense of urgency’ and ‘respectful communication and cooperation’. I would suggest the company remind their interviewers of the companies values and actually making sure they’re putting them into practice as they are what potential candidates see first and can make a poor impression of the company as a result.
