My experience working in a high volume production environment.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Legal & General (London, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
The first stage was with the Senior Delivery Lead and Product Manager, followed by a second stage with some team members. They asked me to walk through my experience while focusing on the role requirements. I was also asked several specific questions covering my personality, experience, and cultural fit. In addition, I had the opportunity to ask many questions myself. Overall, it was a very well-structured process and a great conversation.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Legal & General in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted by email and an hour long interview with the hiring managers was scheduled. I was later told I should have had a recruitment screening call but that didn't happen. I was ghosted by the recruiter and got no feedback despite following up.
