The interview process was rigorous but very engaging. I had the opportunity to talk to two attorneys, who were very inviting, explained their practice groups, and what I would do in the position. It also allowed me to see if it would be the right fit for me with my experience

What made you want to apply for this position/role?
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Legal Aid Chicago (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2023
Interview
I was called for a phone screen if I remember correctly (my interview was short and by phone). It wasn't right after I applied online and they just asked if I was barred, to decide between two roles or something, and at least one other question.
