The interview process is easy. Staring with a phone call and then an in person interview followed by a shadow interview. They do check your references and you need to have a least 3 to respond their questionnaire.

It was a short process with about 3 people each asking their own questions. They all has different roles and explained those roles being the clinic manager medical assistant and a person from the employment department.

Interview
Meeting with clinic manager first, then charge RN. They discussed my previous experience, skills, employment history guided by the application and resume. They explained their expectations as a medical assistant role in the clinic. They took me in a tour in the clinic and introduced to the MD's, RN's, and staff.
