I applied online then was called in for interview. Met with two female producers. I was an AP and applying for that position. They asked general questions about my duties and shared a bit about the show I'd be working on. I took some notes as it was somewhat detail heavy. I left and didn't get that job, but was called a month or so later for a PM position on another show. I said I didn't have that experience and the producer said that was fine, they thought I had ample experience and hired me for a 3 week gig.
