This was a strange interview process, and I can only assume a reflection on the chaotic nature of the workplace culture at Leda Health. On the positive side, I was contacted for an interview shortly after submitting my application. Unfortunately, the person responsible for HR emailed all of the candidates, without bcc’ing their information, and sent a second email stating to ignore the questions sent out with the first email. The questions were exactly the same. My interview happened, it seemed to be a great interview, but the interviewers proceeded to ghost me after giving me a specific date for decision-making. After several weeks, I have received no response to follow up emails. For a company focused on sales in the accessible healthcare sector, ghosting interviewees who work in the sectors they are pitching to is a super weird move to me. I worry that they may have been trying to mine information from industry professionals rather than actually hire anyone. Word of warning for those interviewing here: do not expect any semblance of normalcy in the interview process.
