Lectra Systemes interview questions

Was approached via email by an internal HR manager, who then set up an initial phone interview within a week. It took 2+ weeks for the next interview to be arranged, which was via video conference. I had to follow up with them for more than 3 weeks after that to receive any status for the role. Only in the fourth week, did I find out I didn't get the role and without any reasons why I wasn't selected to go forward.
