I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Leathwaite (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
The whole process took 2 months long. I applied via LinkedIn with an easy application. I met first with HR, then my manager and lastly then my managers manager .
These interviews happened with the first in one month and the rest in the other back to back in a week. Both the HR and direct manager interviews were fine, very simple questions and friendly atmosphere. Yet, with the managers manager it felt that she was quizzing me to catch me out rather than getting to know my previous experiences.
Thanks for taking the time to review our interview process; it's great to hear that, largely, your experience was a positive one. Please rest assured that, in any questions we ask, we're trying to understand you and your background, and further to that, if the role is one in which you will be engaged, fulfilled and successful. We always appreciate feedback as we look to constantly improve our processes.
Multiple interviews, giving the opportunity to meet employees from different practises of the company's operations. All conversations are a great mix of conversational and inquisitive, for both the employer and interviewee to see if there is a good match there - there is just as much room for exploration for the interviewee about the company and their future career as there is for Leathwaite. It is clear that the company's priority is to find suitable future employees who will both thrive in the company's environment, while also being able to contribute to productivity. Questions are carefully curated to allow a beneficial insight into executive search, while also evaluating candidate's relevant skills to match.
