1. Applied online through careers section of website. 2. Received an email requesting a phone interview. 3. Completed phone interview with general questions on background, experience and the typical interview questions like 'why our company?' 4. Video Skype call with two sets of interviewees. First included Sr. Project Manager and VP, second included two project engineers. Some of the questions were a little more thorough and testing for example 'what would you do in this situation?'. 5. Currently waiting for some feedback for a face to face interview as the Skype call was yesterday. Overall a thorough and well structured process so far, nothing too out of the ordinary but I certainly felt their efforts to make me feel comfortable and at ease.

I had sent my resume and cover via email. I had received a response and a phone call inviting me to an interview at the main office. The interview was simple and was with two current employees. Both of them had great personalities and were fully interactive. They asked me some leading questions, told me about the history of the company, and really just let the interview flow organically. The interview was fairly quick. After we were done, they gave me a tour of the office, and got back to me pretty fast!
