Interview via zoom with HR and HOD, will have to present a short teaching. If you pass, you will have to come down to HQ to meet the director, and answer several questions
I had to fill in several forms, conduct a demo lesson according to a lesson which was given to me in advance and then answer the interviewer’s questions. The demo lesson was watched by a panel of staff.

There was a written segment where some questions about your ethics and your believes, a quick teaching demo and then the actual interview where you will be asked more typical interview questions.
employers ask a bunch of irrelevant questions for their own entertainment. Usually two people would interview the candidate. You are required to prepare a teaching segment and also answer boring interview questions on a piece of paper.
