After I submitted my application, I came in for an interview. It wasn’t extensive. We went through my resume and I explained why I would want/ like to work there.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Learning Express (Naperville, IL) in Apr 2024
Interview
This is a warning to other job applicants. The manager here doesn't know how to conduct interviews. We met and began like any other job interview. I had told her about my current job. They then rejected me on the spot because "I haven't done anything else.", something they have no knowledge about. I even gave a copy of my resume to prove them wrong and show I'm a suitable candidate. I never heard back from them again. This is a massive red flag in my eyes acting like they know your life better than you do when they clearly don't.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Learning Express (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
Easy and typical questions asked. They read off tye standard questions. Ask about availability ect. Won't negotiate pay usually. There was not a benefits package offered at the time I applied but it may be different now
