First I had the initial phone screening with HR manager and that went well. After that they proceed me to Hiring manager interview and it was really disappointed. He did that as they scheduled it I guess. When I asked about hiring process, he told me that they already did final stage interviews for some candidates. Even without asking any technical questions they reject me from the initial discussion. If you already selected someone for the position, please let it know to the candidate. Don't play with someones hopes and time.
