The interview process was pretty lengthy, but every step was very well thought out in order to make sure the candidates are a great fit. Especially with a lot of the positions being remote, having the right people they can trust is important.
It first composed of a phone call with my potential manager, followed by an analysis of a sales discovery call where I was to provide feedback and a sample of what my follow-up email would look like.
Then, I took a personality assessment to determine strengths and areas for growth.
The assessment was followed by a mock-sales discovery call with some Q&A at the end.
In the following days I held a meeting with the sales manager and CEO to review my experience, ambitions and goals, etc.
The final stage of the interview process was to review compensation.
