The Dept. Mngr was 20 minutes late for the interview. During the interview, he was pre-occupied with phone calls and co-worker conversations. He was unprepared for the interview and asked very basic, inconclusive questions for a total of 15 minutes. This was the most disrespectful interview that I've ever experienced especially someone acting in a managerial role. HR needs to provide a remedial crash course in interviewing and general respect for this individual as he represents the company's integrity and image. This Leer site is in Hammond, IN.
