Interview
Interviews were thorough and thoughtful. Questions relevant to the field were asked by panel with pre-set question list. The interview was conducted in a conference room in the school with three administrators and two other teachers in the same domain.

The interview process was easy and quick. There were no extra hoops to jump through. Job offer was sent instantly within 24 hours or you heard back within an appropriate amount of time.

You start off being interviewed by one of the job recruiters. If they think you're a fit, you'll be moved to having an interview with the principal and team lead of the school you're interested. Usually the team lead decides to hire you or not.
