I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Leading Retirement Solutions
Interview
Several hoops to jump through before even speaking to a person in the form of online assessments. The actual interview I felt went well, and was told I would hear from someone in the next week or two with news one way or the other. Two weeks later, having not heard from anyone at LRS, I saw the job reposted. I emailed the interviewer to inquire about my status and received a boilerplate response from HR that they had "made the difficult decision to move forward with other candidates." I have no problem being rejected for a position, but I believe they fully intended to ghost me if I hadn't made the effort to follow up. Big red flag for me.

Interview
Extensive process prior to the interview, there were three assessments prior to actually speaking to a person. Then a simple video interview. Interviewer was late and rude. I wasn’t a match for the role, but wouldn’t have proceeded with next steps had they been offered.

Interview
7 February - we think he would make a great fit for our company! Look for an invitation to interview in the coming days. 23 February- no invitation came. When I wrote them to ask when that invitation came, the response was a generic statement that they had found other candidates that more closely represented what they were looking for. Incredibly unprofessional. Do not seek employment here.
