The interview was professionally conducted. It included mostly behavioral questions. The interviewers were kind and interested in me and they asked great questions that felt like they were really trying to get to know me.

Submitted application via email early December, had an interview with Deputy Director at the office in Soho within a couple of weeks. Questions were standard for the field, e.g. hypos about advocating for a child who wanted to live with their respondent parent. Had an offer by January.
