They contacted me to interview for an open role in outside sales. They stood me up on the first scheduled phone screen. Then was 15 minutes late for the second and the recruiter was outside by a busy street with tons of noise. The call was 5 minutes. $30k base and $60k OTE. That is well below the median income where I live. I am listed as a senior in my role. I can't imagine why they thought this would be a good fit.

District Sales Sales Manager was good, friendly and pleasant. He told me a little about his background and where he came from. He also explained the back ground of the company what he was looking for as far as a sales rep.
