I applied online and got a call 5 days later to schedule a Webex Interview a week later. The interview was very straight foward and they mainly asked me to go over my resume, asked pretty standard questions and explained what the organization does. But I was really nervous and I pretty much thought I messed up on the interview. They were really professional and nice, it wasn't an intimidating interview. I got an email two weeks later telling me I was one of the top candidates and asked for three professional references. Two days later I got the job offer.
