You just call and schedule an appointment for interview and then show up. They have several manager or supervisors ask you fairly easy questions. It's not really a big deal. It's pretty much very difficult to mess it up. Good luck, but I am pretty sure you will not need much luck.

Must know English Computers is a plus. They speak with u to determine you English level Then they make you take a computer test. The key to know if ur in or not is the second interview.
