Interview
I interviewed with the only other compliance person and CCO/Legal Counsel for the first round. I received feedback a few days later and the process was over as the decided to not proceed to the 2nd round. The questions were both general and very specific. The two individuals were opposites, so I'm not sure how their team dynamic works. The officer seemed very laid back and the CCO was intense, he kind of drilled you with questions. Clear that they were looking for a very specific person and mentioned that they had been interviewing for a while and at that point, no one had made it to the 2nd round. I left feeling underwhelmed.

-Telephonic interview was pretty much related to your past experience and what you have worked on.
-Online exam was very bad. Mostly concern for syntax. It isn't related to logic or programming. The worst exam i have ever seen.
