Brief phone interview with a member of my perspective team; very informal-went over my past work experience, gave me a small verbal test on how I would prioritize multiple tasks, etc. That afternoon, they called to schedule a panel interview the following Monday. I met with the Director of Operation and the Chief of Staff. Again, very informal. Chatted about what I was looking for in a new job, how my previous work experience related, how I prioritize my time, etc. Within 2 days, I was called for a 1 on 1 interview with the CEO that Friday. This was much more formal, but not atypical. Before I made it to my car after the interview, I received my offer letter, and I started the following Monday!
