Laurel interview questions

After seeing some other posting here, I wonder if they actually hire people or are they farming data. . Went through multiple rounds of interviews, including meeting with a board member. Told I was a top candidate and asked to provide references. Then after providing references, I hear nothing back. Only to see a few days later that the job was reposted. I understand not getting the position but please have some respect for my time and don't ghost me. Really disheartening experience

You know what’s fun? Spending hours preparing for an interview process — having an initial chat, completing a detailed case study — only to get a rejection email that starts with: “Thank you for our enjoyable conversation.” The problem? We never actually spoke. Not once. I get that recruitment is busy. I get that templates save time. But if a company can’t even keep track of who they’ve actually spoken to, it doesn’t exactly scream “attention to detail.” It’s not even about the rejection — that’s part of the game. It’s about the experience. The effort people put in deserves at least a genuine, human response.
