I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Launcher (Hawthorne, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
The first round was a normal screening with a recruiter that gauged my interest and knowledge in the subject. Asked about a prior project, pretty normal stuff. The second interview was not ideal. I was invited for an onsite interview and got a tour. It seemed the organization didn't know I was showing up because the engineer who interviewed me didn't review my application before hand and was looking at my resume for the first time while we sat across from each other. He then asked if I had a portfolio and began to tell me how I 'Need' one and then went off on a tangent of everything I should do. Didn't get asked any questions or a chance to show how I'd be able to help the company. This was a very unprofessional experience and I have lost complete interest in the company since.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Launcher (Hawthorne, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Chill, went very well speaking to the lead engineer and recruiter. They gave a take-home technical assessment over a website, to say the least the link they sent didn't work and I eventually had some issues that resulted in me not getting the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about experience, willingness to relocate, asked about myself. Very personal typical interview questions.
