LaunchSquad interview questions

The overall interview process was positive and each team member I spoke with was very kind and conversational. The entire process seemed a bit dragged out, and there were times it wasn't quite clear how many rounds I would be doing. Once or twice I would follow up for an update, wait for a few weeks, then be offered a "chat", only to find out the chat was more of a traditional interview conversation. They asked good questions to really dig into my experience and how I would approach the role and certain specific scenarios.
