Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn for initial phone screening. Submitted resume to recruiter. Didn’t hear back so I applied direct through the firm. Got an email the next day for HireVue record answers and written prompt (sending a professional email). Got an email the very next day to interview with two workplace managers.
