Latch interview questions

It was a quick call with the company controller, as they were focused more on accounting and financial reporting than other aspects of the company. It was a quick conversation, but did not seem like the right fit for me at the time.

1 phone screen, 1 virtual meeting and then an offer. The process was casual and moved quickly. There wasn't any red tape/waiting around for approvals/other candidates which was very nice.
