LasikPlus Optometrist interview questions

Very lengthy, but extremely positive. I ended up having 2 video interviews, and 2 in person interviews. They made sure that I had a chance to evaluate the center and team I would be working with as well as the surgeon. They spend a lot of time on the front end making sure that each employee is a good fit for them as well as making sure that each employee ALSO feels that it will be a good fit. Team focused, definitely a company that cares for its people.

One hour first interview followed by two potential others with a personality survey. In depth questions about personality, feelings about the company structure and lasik in general. Talked with someone from corporate about a few positions.
