I applied on ZipRecruiter, and they sent me an email and text letting me know that they had received my resume. I emailed back saying that I was still interested, and they sent me a survey to complete about the type of employee that I am based on my personality. Then, they set me up with a Zoom interview. The recruiter was very nice and understanding. They are currently reviewing my application, so I don't know yet whether I got the position.
