Interview
Very long and slow. There are multiple interviews with different levels of management. Multiple appointments for drug testing, physicals, and back round checks. You have to apply to any position at least twice. It's re-dun dent but that's how it is done. Multiple conversations with H.R. and approvals take a long itme.
