Over the phone 1st. interview, recorded interview and test after the first one. 5 days of over the phone training, and test at the end, If you pass all those steps, you are required to complete a 5 day online training.

Interview
mostly it was over the phone, they first ask you simple questions in english on a phone enterview, then they ask you to study some glosaries (medical terms), then they ask you to take an online test (with microphone so you are able to talk), the you take a week preparation or training on listening and taking notes to translate/interpret as acurate as posible, then they ask you take a final test to see if you are ready

An unexpected street name was mentioned in a sentence that I was required to interpret. The name is strange and hard to pronounce. The staff is very friendly, so I asked her to repeat again.
