I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LanguageLine Solutions (Monterey, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
The company I interviewed with no longer exists and was taken over by Language Line Services. I never went through an interview process with them, so I would not be able to inform you about it.
I did take a test, passing gets the job.

Question 1
Tell me about your language skills and your level of education and how much customer service experience do you have?
There is a test we need you to take. It turned out to be an insurance claim case, and I had to interpret the recorded test. The quality of the sound was ok.
