Was first taken across the street to Starbucks where I was asked questions about situations and what I would do in them, it was graded. Then I was taken back to the store to create outfits for an imaginary customer, then they surprised me and told to greet a customer.

You need to know how their lane bryant credit card works because you will have to push it on people at every opportunity
If asked to create an outfite make sure that it has the 5 piece rule. That means that from the waist up there are five pieces. Like a shirt, blouse, tank top you can see, jacket, earrings, rings, bracelets, head bands, or necklaces.
Walked in the day before. Filled out application and handed it to manager. Interviewed with manager. They were very nice. It was quick and easy. Started work the next day.
Very informal. Fun group interview. It was a group of six people. Interview lasted approximately 40 minutes. We all took turns to introduce ourselves and listen to the manager. Manager was very pleasant and easy going.
It was a very smooth interview with the store manager but got ghosted after the interview and I haven't heard back. The interview process started with an email or phone call to set up an interview time.
