Initial communications where over emails. The interview was with one of the partners who did not seem sure of what he is looking for in a candidate, neither was he able to give a proper job description. He then called in another partner who started case interviewing, which I found interesting but weird at the same time, because eventhough his questions sounded reasonable, he expected the exact same answer he had in his mind. Overall, a learning experience but not the company I was looking to work for, so I am not surprised that they did not think I fit.
