They email you a specific date to talk with you one-on-one about the job, then they email you a specific date for an interview, they sit you down, and you and an assistant manager will talk one-on-one about yourself and how you would handle different situations.

It was pretty casual. They ask a few questions, and about a week later they will bring you in a group hire for training. Sometimes I’ve heard of group interviews, but my interview was one on one.
