LandTech Senior Software Developer interview questions

Had a quick tech test that involved screen sharing and solving an example problem . This was followed up, a few days later, by 3 separate interviews on the same day 1. With CTO and managers 2. With system architects/developers 3. With their HR/talent acquisition lead Each lasting 30mins-1 hour. Also interviews were conducted remotely

A set of interviews mixing technical and design challenges with discussions on cultural/behavioural topics. Very focused on explaining thought processes and demonstrating behaviours to ensure that the appointment is right for the company and the individual.
