Interview
2 stage interview process. Quite laid back, nice offices and good group of people. Lot of emphasis on culture and whether would be a good fit or not. Nice offices, quite an informal process.

Interview
I couldn't fault the interview process. The internal recruiter was fantastic throughout, constantly keeping me informed with the next steps and expectations. They were keen to make sure I wasn't left second guessing about their thoughts and were keen to give me answers as soon as possible. Clearly they care a lot about the character of those they hire with a strong focus on company culture.

Interview
I have recently done a full interview process with LandTech and here are my thoughts:
- they were very clear on wanting the process to be a 2-way street, making sure they wanted me to evaluate them as much as they evaluated me
- the process had multiple stages, including submitting an exercise
- focused beyond hard and soft skills, they really tried to understand me and my personality
- made sure I was a good cultural fit for them and vice-versa
- competitive salary and benefits package
