I was contacted and subsequently screened via a temp agency. Received an interview about a week later and received an offer via the temp agency the following week. I wasn't able to negotiate as my financial situation required an immediate acceptance and the negotiation would have prolonged the start date by 3 weeks due to the shift work.

easy, fast, quick and direct questions and rapid feedback to hire, it was an job fair in the company on a Saturday and the interview took just 30 minutes, they needed to hire fast so they took it easy to hire people for ramp up
