These could have been covered in an initial screening call, making the overall process feel like a waste of time and energy. This experience gave me valuable insight into how the company evaluates talent and leadership, and I’m glad I learned it beforehand. Would not recommend for experienced professionals seeking meaningful challenges and growth.
