Was contacted through an Executive Search Agency. The initial interview was through telephone that was to understand my back ground, willingness to shift place and job and the present work. Called for interview at an away place. Interview was with four including the MD and CFO with two outside experts. The post I was sounded for appeared non existent. The questions were general but not related to the job requirement. Interview was held in No'13 but yet to hear from the ES Agency or the Bank. At least should have declared the result or advised of a tentative date.
