The interview process here is pretty intense with 2 people conducting the interviews. I was there for an hour and a half for my first interview which consisted of a lot of situational and sales questions that you really couldn’t have expected or prepared for and I was told during the first interview that the process would take awhile because they conduct 3 in-person interviews. After the first one went well I was emailed a caliper test which took another good chunk of time. My second interview was approximately an hour long, again with situational questions as well as personality questions. I wish I could post all of the questions to help others prep, but there’s no guarantee they’ll all be accurate or correct as they’re not typical questions an interviewer would ask just be very prepared for a long process and many, many situational questions. I never heard back after my second interview so I accepted employment elsewhere, but this company does seem great to work for! I really dug in deep before my first interview and liked the array of benefits they offer.
