The interview process consisted of several staff members, the team and the admin team. It was a lengthy interview but we covered the role, expectations and scenario based questions over the span of an hour

"Describe a challenging moment you've faced as an educator?"
Was with the principal. It was easy to apply for. HR director was very helpful. I also interviewed with the team to make sure that we were a good fit. I found the process easy. I did have 1o years experience.
