Met Howard, on an evening in late July 1983 we went to look at an excavating job .He likes to get to know you on a one on one bases. He is very observant likes to test you on your thoughts and reasoning on the problems you may encounter and how to handle them . He really likes studying the people working for him.All in all I think that is why he is so successful .
