The interview process went well. There was a recruiter to guide the overall process and there was access to the hiring manager to answer relevant questions. I got a good sense for the company, culture, team and role expectations. It was a good culture fit but not an excellent skill fit. I appreciated how the interview teams worked together and got along well.
