Interview Process was basic standard interview and a telephone sales test at the end they where friendly and made me feel welcome shame about the job they didn't go in to too much detail about the job spec

Relatively short, it seemed a bit stiff, since the interviewer used pre-written questions and didn't seem to want to improvise too much in the process. The interview became easier when we started talking about the wines featured at the shop and selected by the company.
