I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ladybug Espresso (Everett, WA) in Jan 2016
Interview
You're given a location to head to and a time, and told to have your hair and makeup already done and a bikini on underneath your clothes.
You change in the stand, then are asked about your availability, if you're comfortable with posting on social media, company guidelines regarding appearance, and basic food safety info.
The girl on shift will take photos of you in your outfit to send to the managers as well as your contact info, and will have you work the stand with her.
You get basic training, are told how to track sales and tips and how to use the POS system, and are told how to make basic drinks.
She will explain to be flirty with customers and very friendly and to promote your barista social media to get more regular customers.
The process lasts about an hour, then you're sent home and management will review
Casual. Everyone was in lingerie. There was a slight odor to the room but it might have been dirty dishes. I felt confident but nervous I didn’t look the part.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ladybug Espresso
Interview
Send them sexy pictures and they'll either hire or deny you. They prefer you to be smoking hot, stupid, and with previous coffee experience. They send you to whoever they feel like that day and never tell the girl who interviews you that your coming or what they should ask you. So just answer questions they dont ask you and do your own interview when you get there.
