You will get a call for a phone screener from the recruiter, who will verify availability and interest, they will then forward resume and contact information to hiring manager who will conduct interview. If selected the person who did the phone screen will call with the good news if not selected you will get a email/workday notification of decision

What would you do if your site lead asked you to do tasks outside of your normal day to day activities
There interview with global associate director. The interviewing panel was really friendly.
The question asked were management related questions mostly from conflict management and people management. There were situation based questions which is really important for leadership role. Supervisor role was actually leadership role which needs hiring and performance management activities
