The interview process took 3 weeks. I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview after applying to a position online. I came in for an in person interview and presentation. Since I was applying to a training position, I had to come prepared to present on a topic of my choice. I was given both positive and critical feedback right away, which I really appreciated. I was offered the position the following week.
