I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Labcorp (Burlington, NC) in Jun 2012
Interview
Easy. I applied online. I received a phone call for a phone interview the next day. Questions were specific to the job I applied for. I then received a call a few hours later for a face to face interview. Questions were character based. Simple biology/chemistry questions mixed in. Very easy interview.

Interview
Interview consisted of a phone interview followed by an in person interview at the lab. There is a tour of all the stations followed by a hands on portion that requires no experience but gives you an idea of the type of tasks you may have to do.
Applied online, a few weeks later got a call back. Did a phone interview then callled on for a face to face interview. Questions asked were straightforward and then we took a tour of the lab.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Mebane, NC)
Interview
Just know how to use a pipet, do a little background research on the department and ask questions. Not a hard interview at all, and only one interview. Just be personable.
