The first interview with HR is comparatively OK. Only behavioral questions. But if u reach second interview all are technical questions based on your field. For this part you have to be well prepared and read.Not only what you know. You have to have broad knowledge about your field.

A telephone screen with HR, followed by an in person or zoom call interview with various numbers of managers or supervisors depending on the job level. Between 2 and 4 plus HR.

Interview
Meet with the team members, quality, and supervisor. They ask usual questions. If you have that main thing they are looking and you are friendly and seen like person easy to work with, they will be happy to offer you the job.
